Some early Christmas fun!

When I need to vaccum behind the furniture, I try to do it when Brian has the kids on the weekends. But it needed to be done so Noah "helped" me do it one day. He thought it was so great that all his furniture and toys ended up on one side of the room. He played on his workbench like it was a desk like this for almost 45 minutes that morning. Silly kid :)

Putting up the tree! Our Christmas tree is so beautiful this year...again :) We made the majority of our ornaments last year and it was so much fun to pull them out again and remember making them last year :)

Noah helping out with the lights...this picture was taken about 30 seconds before we realized the plug in ended up on the wrong side of the tree :)

And Noah got to very carefully hang up some ornaments!

"Staw, Daddy! Wight dayer!"
Translation: "Star, Daddy! Right There!"

And as soon as the tree was done, there was already a toy under it :)

Baby stealer! Mom met me in Hebron one day and took the kids overnight while we went to Brian's Christmas party! It was the first time she has taken the kids like that while we stayed in Kansas. NOah was so excited to go with her that when I tried to give him a hug before they left, he pushed me away and said "Mama, leave now. Going to Nana's house!"

I think he was trying to say, "Seriously, lady. You can go now."

All three boys snuggled up for the night! It has been so much fun since they have gotten old enough to sleep in the same room together, and they all love it! I thought everything went really well and then Joe told us how he woke up in th emorning: He heard Noah and Jonah fighting and went in to check things out. Apparently, Jonah was sleeping wit his feet through the bars of his toddler bed and from where Noah was sleeping next to him, he could see that and it was bothering him, so he was sitting there trying to push Jonah's feet back through the bars! So Joe got Noah and Jonah both settled down and snuggled up with Noah and slept for about an hour :)
Daddy/Uncle Joe to the rescue!

This picture is of note simply because Brian is cooking. Cooking Snoopy waffles with Marta's waffle maker, to be exact.
They were very good.

Teta and Uncle Mike eating with the boys. They are so good to our kids! They just love to play with them and are always so interested in what the kids are up to.

I love this picture :)

Waving goodbye to Uncle Mike and Teta. The kids got really upset when the left!

Aaaaaah. I love to snuggle :)
We fell asleep like this one night...Noah came to give me a hug goodnight and just snuggled so nicely that I decided to just cuddle with him for a while...and then Brian woke us up an hour later :)

She looks so proud of herself. Hilarious.

Bella pulled the afghan down on herself like this and was having fun playing with it and rubbing it on her face.

Brrrrr! Bundled up to go in the car. It was freezing, literally, so we thought a warm blankee would help a little.

Making a boo-boo better. Noah loves (and unfortunately frequently uses) his bunny ice pack.

Rough housing with daddy!

All my babies :)

Noah helping me get a head start on some Christmas cooking! We are working on the mashed potatoes. We did twice-baked potatoes and and egg casserole for christmas morning and froze them so I just need to reheat them on Christmas day.
Side note: Thanks to all the moms. I never knew Christmas dinner was so much work and now I know what a huge labor of love it is to be prepared.

Pictures with Santa! Brian's work has a family Christmas party every year that Santa comes to so the kids can take pictures with him! They have cookies and punch and each kids gets a present...and the adults get steaks!
Noah had a ton of fun! He kept running up to tell Santa thank you and merry Christmas, and was singing jingle bells for people. The next day at work several people came up to Brian and told him how cute they thought our kids were...and that they loved his "cheese" smile!
