After Noah weighed in at an impressive 19 lbs 8 oz and 23 and 3/4 inches at his doctor's appointment last week, we decided that it was going to be time pretty soon to switch him from a baby carrier to a big boy car seat. So we did! Here are the last pictures of Noah (feet dangerously close to dangling over the edges) in his baby carrier:
Getting it set up...took just about two hours. Long time for something that was pre-assembled!!!!

No wonder they say to adjust the shoulder straps before installing the car seat...it is near impossible to do it afterwards, and it takes so much work getting it in the car that you don't want to take it out again!
